- March 2011: Asger Törnquist receives a prestigeous Sapere Aude excellence grant of the Danish National Science Foundation (worth 8.1 Mio DKK, about 1.1 Mio EUR).
- October 2010: Heike Mildenberger obtains a tenured professorship in Freiburg, Germany.
- September 2010: Sebastiaan Terwijn obtains a tenured Universitair Docent position in Nijmegen, Netherlands.
- July 2010: Jakob Kellner acquires habilitation at University of Vienna.
- October 2009: John Krueger obtains a professorship at University of North Texas, USA (tenure track).
- October 2008: Andres Caicedo obtains a professorship at Boise State University, USA (tenured in 2012).
- September 2008: Radek Honzik obtains a tenured research position at Charles University, Czech Republic.
- April 2008: Sebastiaan Terwijn acquires habilitation at TU Wien.
- April 2008: Matteo Viale obtains a tenured research position in Torino, Italy.
- September 2007: Natasha Dobrinen obtains a professorship at University of Denver, USA (tenured in 2011).
- November 2003: Ralf Schindler obtains a tenured professorship at Universität Münster, Germany.
- November 2002: Riccardo Camerlo obtains a professorship at Politecnico di Torino, Italy (tenured in 2004)
- October 2001: Martin Zeman obtains a tenured professorship at UC Irvine, USA.
